About Us
Thank you for wanting to learn more about why Juicy Daddy is committed to Men's Mental Health!
When I was 16 years old, my parents got a divorce after years of heated arguments. Even though it wasn't a surprise, it left a deep scar. I grew angry, started skipping school, and my grades plummeted. I wasn't in a good mental head space at all. Research shows that men who experience parental divorce face a much higher risk of depression and suicidal thoughts later in life. πΒ Study β National Library of Medicine
I chose to live with my dad, and it wasn't a healthy environment. He often spoke badly about my mom and was rarely home, which left me isolated. Over time, I realized how much that loneliness and negativity affected my mental health. It took me awhile to see through the manipulation and an even longer journey to start healing. I am healed from this today and am blessed to be a father now myself. However, there are other men with worse or similar stories, that are still struggling today.
This is why Juicy Daddy exists: to bring humor, healing, and just enough innuendo to keep things interesting - because mental health should never feel stiff!
